Various bug fixes and improvements

Account details: Spaces and punctuation are removed when pasting in the KvK number, VAT number, Phone number, IBAN number and BIC code fields.

Add administration: All links are shown in the list instead of only the first 10 links.

Check: The list of ledgers, cost centres etc. sometimes disappears from view on the bottom entry lines. (RESOLVED)

Check: The message about an error during the previous booking attempt has been clarified.

Check: A message about missing exchange rates for the selected currency is sometimes displayed incorrectly. (RESOLVED)

General: Action buttons, titles, filters and pagination buttons now always remain in view on pages with overviews.
