Various bug fixes and improvements

Subscription details: The accountant subscription does not show ‘FIXED’ when it is part of the subscription. (RESOLVED)

General: Dates are shown as -1 day in certain time zones. (RESOLVED)

Check: Spaces and punctuation are removed when pasting in the Bank Account Number, IBAN number, Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number and Phone number fields.

Check: Fields at relation jump when a Standard account with long description is entered. (RESOLVED)

Backlog: User can click Confirm on a document while it is not yet the user’s turn to confirm. (RESOLVED)
